SOOC Sunday....

Here is my SOOC shot.
We took Mater to the zoo and he had so much fun!!! Pictures of him tomorrow - today is all about the animals!! This guy was magnificant! My edited shots are below...
Amazing.....

This trip (because we got passes for the year....Yippee!!) were the zebras and the flamingos!!
I love statues....
He is about 13 feet tall and fabulous!!

This shot is for all my east coast friends! This weekend was Snow Days at the zoo...they trucked in snow for several of the animal exhibits. Ok, take a moment and reflect on that.....it was a wonderful 70* and crystal blue skies....
In the aviary...where we saw NO birds....

The Entrance, right, I know!! Duh....

They have beautiful new area for the elephants...This guy just happened to be the closest for a good shot...

Great timing for this shot...the chimps were ummmmm, playful. I will spare you the compromising postion shot and the pooping chimp shot!!! You are welcome.....

For this shot, I was standing behind a crowd, on the other side from where these guys were and used all the telephoto power my poor camera had.. Not bad...

And my other favorite........The color on these animals was amazing.....

Scenic Sunday
Mater squealed and laughed and pointed and ate and ate and ate!!! His spotlight tomorrow!!
