Honey and I have started a 90 day challenge towards better health. We are doing something for our health everyday for 90 days. At the end we are going to reward ourselves with a bodybug (her) and skechers (me!)
Her bodybugg is already on its way! Hmmmm....
Anyway, we started January 1st. Yup we walked between football games. Since then we either walk, we are up to 4.6 miles!, or we hit the gym for weight work! Do I feel better? Nope. I ache, mostly my hips. But I think that is because I have been so inactive for so long! And I am hurting less and less. 90 days ends April 1st! Wish us luck!

I am trying to dance around my kitchen every day...good for the body, good for the mood. 30 minutes does amazing things...although I can improve my mood in just 10 minutes by 20% (yes I am a geek and have a chart)...a fun way to exercise.

im on the diet/exercise thing too :( my first week i decided a detox start am on day 4 and pmt ~(or pms which ever known by) has hit me with cramps ~ my body aches too but decided this year im not gonna be a couch potatoe! :D GOOD LUCK :)

I started exercising last monday and and reducing my quanities with a low carb diet! I'm measuring inches right now because I cannot stand to see lbs!
