My dogs are very naughty!!! Sun bathing on my table while I am standing there putting away groceries!!!! It's always funny until the huskies decide THEY can sunbathe on the table!!!!! JK!!

Max is 1 and Baby is 3!!!!!

Baby always looks like the lights are on but nobody is home. Max on the other hand is always scheming to get more food. And I couldn't love either of them any more!!! These two are the most fabulous dogson the planet. Don't you love how his paw is over hers?!? They are so freakin' cute!!!!
Baby and Kittykitty "play" all day long. Sometimes I worry the hunting instinct is kicking in but one swipe of those exteremly sharp nails of kittykitty and all is evened out!!!
Please feed me!!! I haven't eaten in MINUTES!!!!!!
Tum de tum de tum de tum!!!
Gratuitous shot of the original spoiled brat - Blue!!!
If you look close enough you can see, there are FOUR animals on the bed with Honey!! Blue's ears behind her, Mamacat on her head, Baby next to her and Kittykitty on the corner. And if I am not mistaken, Precious is under the covers!!!!

First fo's of the new year..

I made this bag today!! Love it!!! I adapted this pattern. I have made several of these bags in different sizes. I am gonna make one for the new semester!!!! And can I tell you I just love fat quarters!! I wait for Joanne's to have a 99 cent sale and go crazy!!!! Plus making purses can be done usually in a day or two while the kids are at school.

This bag I made as a cute little carry all. You know a bag just for keys, lipgloss, phone, and Ipod. Well, it's a little too little for me, so it went to my daughter. I used this pattern for both bags, just adjusted the sizing!!!

Tomorrow we are going to a new church. I love being an episcopalian, but at the church we are currently attending, there is NO kid ministries. So we are having to drag kids to church. My son has been going to this new church with his friend from school and loves it. He even went, willing, to a new years eve service!! I think right now is the time to get kids invovled in church, give them a foundation for them to build off of when they get to adulthood. I do not attend the church I was brought up in, but I do go to church. It is important to me. Maybe by taking the kids, it will become important to them and they will attend as adults.

For 2008 I am going to....

go back to school. Yup. I have already registered and will pay for my classes next week so there will be no turning back.
I am taking a computer graphics course and a photography course. Yeah for me!!!

I am so excited!! I took two classes two years ago and got "A"'s so technically I have a 4.0 gpa. Of course those classes were crim justice classes and now I have changed my major to pohotography. (BTW - I did the same back 20 years ago when I attended CSULB. Take a couple of classes in this major and couple in that and ended up never really finishing anything.)

But as of 2008 that all stops! I am finishing something!! And I think an AA in photography is a good place to start.

Wish me luck!!!

The picture above is from Christmas Eve at the in-laws house!! Honey and the kids, Honeys' sister and her family, and Honeys' dad and stepmom and brother!!! I am taking the picture - forgot I have a timer on my camera!! Heehee!!

Happy New Year!!!!!

Honey saying Happy New Year!! Of course she is working today (overtime, so I guess it's okay :(

Last night we rang in the new year with a vomiting child!! I cannot wait to be done cleaning up after sick children. It was the youngest (pictured below, the way she went to sleep - shoulda known something was up!!) She is feeling better now. As much as I hate the side effects of upset stomachs - duh you doesn't - I am the only one in the house who can clean up without getting sick myself. Lucky me!!!!

This pattern is called Seraphina's Shawl . I started and then frogged and started and then frogged and started, you get the idea! Finaaly figured it out around 10 pm last night. I am using Lion Brand Pound of Love this time with a size N hook. I am using POL because I wasn't sure how to make this shawl. My next one, I'll use Simply Soft. Honey has put me on a severe yarn diet, so I gotta use what I have! (Only cause I want a car and can't get that if I am always buying yarn and not saving money.) (Good point!!!)
